Q. What is your exchange & refund policy?

We do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges for purchases on coffee beans and other consumable goods. In the event that you have received incorrect or damaged products, please get in touch with us within 7 days after receiving the goods.  Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note that we cannot accept items for return that were not requested beforehand.  It is important to have proof of your purchase for exchanges, and any return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
